Shipping, Return & Cancellation Policies

SHIPPING POLICY:

Processing Your Order: Please allow 7 working days to process your order before shipping it. Please note that we must have your full name, your correct and complete address, email address and telephone number. If something is unclear with your order we will send you an email asking you to confirm. This is for our customers' safety and we ask for your understanding.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated in real time and added to your order total amount, before you confirm the order and make payment. Shipping charges are to be borne by the customer, unless and otherwise specifically mentioned with any item.

Payment Methods: We accept the payment through Credit Cards/Netbank/Bank Transfer. We will have to wait to ship your order until our bank has received your money. In the worst case this can take upto 3 weeks and therefore your order will be delivered much later than if you would pay with credit card.

Order status: On your account page you can see the status of your order. You must have a shop account to view the status of your orders. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an acknowledgement by e-mail. If you have chosen Express shipping you will also be able to track and trace your shipment in real-time on your account page.

Out of stock: Normally we have all products in stock, but in case we don't, we will inform you by email. You can either cancel that item or select some alternative product. Your order will be shipped only after confirmation.

Customs: Due to very strict regulations in some countries, we cannot guarantee that customs does not confiscate your order. Please note that we do not take responsibility for orders confiscated by customs. All customs/local duties are to be borne by the customer.

Responsibility and Disclaimer: You personally take full responsibility for the product(s) you purchase. We will not reimburse you if any products be kept or destroyed by local authorities.

 

RETURN POLICY:

We are committed to offering our Customers the finest cosmetic products available. Due to the nature of our products and health concerns, we will only refund items that are damaged/broken as a result of manufacturing or shipment issues. We will at no time refund items whereby the box and/or container of the product have been opened or any amount whatsoever has been used. If you prefer, you may exchange your purchase that qualify for refund as noted above for other Beauty products. Refunds/Exchange must be received back at the office below no later than 7 days from the online order date.

When returning or exchanging any part of your order, please include the original packing slip, noting the items being returned/exchanged and listing any items that should be sent in exchange.

Regrettably, shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

For shipments whereby courier/shipper tracking details indicate a successful delivery of product to a customer at the address provided by the customer during the ordering process which matches the shipping slip however the customer indicates non-receipt of the products (for any reason whatsoever), the policy of the company is to resend the products to the customer (shipping charges for re-shipment to be paid by customer in advance of products shipped out) once the company receives back the missing shipment, if ever. At no time will replacement products be sent until original shipment is returned and received by the company.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

1 Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 6 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

2 There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category. Similarly no cancellations are entertained for those products that marketing team has obtained vide Special Offers. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

3 In case of receipt of damaged or defective products, please report the same to our Customer Service team at 011-47920030 or by emailing at arjun@natureonlinedeals.com. The request will, however, be entertained once we have checked and determined the same at our end. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of the products.

4 In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

5 In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers/third parties/vendors, please refer the issue to them.
